We just moved in this month and everything has been amazing. The amenities are as beautiful as the pictures and everyone in the office is extremely helpful, especially Brittany and Jesse! We love our apartment and are so happy we chose to live here.

We are very happy with our new Blue Heron home at Shoreline (Lake Las Vegas). Lindsay, sales director, turned a difficult situation into a very positive one with her finesse and great listening skills. Our walk thru process was easily the best we've experienced in the last twenty years of buying new homes. The construction team did a great job of getting the house finished with near perfection. Hats off to Aaron and Baltazar. The customer service team took us through a thorough walk thru process. Literally we touched every wall! Thank you Luis and Jody. During the walk thru process we found some paint work etc that needed attention. Within a week, the majority of the issues have been resolved thanks to Igor and team. We can't say enough about our overall experience with Blue Heron. The individuals we have interacted with are great people who care deeply about our experience as customers.

I've lived at Blue Heron Living - Lake side for 9 months now and it has been amazing! These are the nicest apartments, and the best community in Bradenton. Everything here is NEW and the apartments have tall ceilings and quality appliances. It is also very quiet. I have never heard any of my neighbors through the walls. Maintenance is very efficient. I put an order in to replace a laundry room light & my water filter and they came the very next day! The pools and other amenities are regularly maintained. The Property management has been so helpful and they are always out and about on the property. Janice and Jesse in particular have both gone above and beyond to help out. I really couldn't be happier living here and plan to continue doing so.

I’ve been living at Blue heron for over a month. Janice gave me a tour of the place and she was so friendly and made me feel welcomed! The apartments are so nice inside and very spacious. I really enjoy it here!

Just moved to Blue Heron Lakes side. My wife and I looked at 4 other apartment complexes before choosing here. What really brought us to pick Blue Heron was the price for the square footage, the nice apartments with a small storage unit on the patio and a dining area (so no need for us to down size more than we have to), and the customer service. Also, you can use the gym or pool at either side of Blue Heron. We are very pleased with our experience and Jesse the leasing consultant.

Hidden gem! I don't want to cause a rush, but this is the first complex I've lived that is so far ahead of all the others in the market. The staff, Troy, Maria, Thomas and literally ALL of their team in office and maintenance have ensured my 5 star! From the cleanliness of the property, the prompt maintenance, all the luxurious amenities like 2 dog parks, 2 gyms, 2 different designs of pools/spas, 2 sets of putting greens, 2 sets of tennis courts & 2 car wash bays... to the community gardens and pet salon. This is a resort! I find new details every time I'm here that help me appreciate where I hang my hat. Paying for an apartment vs house, Blue Heron understands the adage "best for the buck". Come check out the best apartment experience I've had anywhere. I just ask you to respect where you live... It will keep this place amazing for so many other deserving tennants.

Having lived in Blue Herons Lake for over 2 years. We wanted to thank Vicky and the office staff for always being courteous, attentive and with efficiently addressing any issues or concerns. Special thanks to the Maintenance Department for their prompt response to all maintenance requests, which is always addressed and resolved the same day as the request. The thorough manner in which the Maintenance Department is conducted is displayed throughout the entire community. It is greatly appreciated. Blue Heron Lake is a great place to live. Thanks again.
